spotlight on glaze pens

We just received these new glaze pens into stock and they are a remarkable product for adding some texture and colour to various beading products.

The pens have quite a large ball in them, with a bold line of .7 mm, which can be used to write on glass, metal, wood, acrylic and many more non porous bases. I really like the idea of being able to create a charm bracelet and add a touch of colour to plain metal charms. When you are writing on paper or embellishments they have this added bubble effect when dry giving a nice 3d finish.

I’ve used the glaze pens in the pack to fill in the lines in a few of our charms available through our online store, and they kind of resemble traditional cloisonné finishes. The colours to the flowers just give the discs some added colour while reducing the need for crystals to get your colour effect across.

At the moment we have a lot of packs on order in various sizes as well as stocking the Glaze Pens Packet of 10 for $39.95.
